I. Basic Provisions

- Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person; an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.
- The controller has not appointed a data protection officer.
II. Sources and Categories of Processed Personal Data
- The controller processes personal data that you have provided to them or personal data that the controller has obtained based on the fulfillment of your order.
- The controller processes your identification and contact details and data necessary for the fulfillment of the contract.
These are:
- name, surname
- email address
- phone number
- delivery adress
- billing address (if different from delivery address)
- ID, VAT ID
- online identifier – IP address
- online identifier – cookie file
- information about the goods you purchased, i.e., order history
- data from our mutual communication (telephone, electronic, or personal)
- payment data – data about the paid or owed amount, bank account number. Payment card details such as its number, owner's name, validity, security code are not available to us, we do not store them nor do we perform any activity for the purpose of their acquisition and collection.
III. Legal Reason and Purpose of Personal Data Processing
- The legal reason for processing personal data is:
- performance of the contract between you and the controller according to Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR,
- legitimate interest of the controller according to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR,
- your consent to processing for the purposes of providing direct marketing (especially for sending commercial communications and newsletters) according to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with Section 7(2) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on some Information Society Services, even in the event that there was no order for goods or services.
- The purpose of personal data processing is:
- processing your order and exercising rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the controller; when ordering, personal data is required that is necessary for the successful processing of the order (name and address, contact); providing personal data is a necessary requirement for concluding and fulfilling the contract, without providing personal data it is not possible to conclude the contract or fulfill it by the controller,
- keeping accounting and providing assistance to state/administrative authorities
- sending commercial communications only based on your explicit consent; obtaining such consent is done separately and is not a condition for concluding and fulfilling the contract (order of goods or service).
- There is no automatic individual decision-making by the controller within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR. You have provided your explicit consent for such processing.
IV. Data Retention Period
- The controller stores personal data:
- for the period necessary to exercise the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the controller and applying claims from these contractual relationships (for 10 years after the termination of the contractual relationship).
- until the consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes is revoked, at most 10 years, if personal data is processed based on consent. After the retention period, the controller deletes personal data.
- After the retention period for personal data has elapsed, the Controller shall delete the personal data.
V. Recipients of Personal Data (Controller's Subcontractors)
- Recipients of personal data are persons:
- involved in the delivery of goods / services / realization of payments based on the contract,
- providing services for the operation of the e-shop and other services in connection with the operation of the e-shop,
- providing marketing services.
- The Controller does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country (a country outside the EU).
- Services providing marketing and support functions:
Marketing and Analytics Services
- Google (Analytics, Ads, Shopping…) – we use the enhanced conversions for web function.Customer data obtained based on their consent is sent to Google, which further processes it. How Google uses enhanced conversion linkcan be found here and how it uses data in personalized ads on this linkData we collect about the customer follows these rules. Google service users can set the use of their data by adjusting settingsin the Web & App Activity window on the My Activity page..
- Facebook – records purchase conversions, cookies and website usage. For optimising Meta ads, we use advanced matching. Advanced matching allows us to send hashed customer information along with Meta pixel events, which can help match more conversions and reach more people.
To protect user privacy, customer information on the website is hashed before being sent to Meta technologies.
In addition to the Meta pixel, we also use the Conversions API. This is designed to create a direct connection between our marketing data and the systems that help optimise ad targeting, reduce cost per result, and measure outcomes in Meta technologies.
Information we send with events:
IP address – not hashed (hashing not required), email – hashed, telephone number – hashed, click ID (fbc) – not hashed (hashing not required), Facebook login ID – not hashed (hashing not required), browser ID (fbp) – not hashed (hashing not required), external ID – not hashed (hashing not required). VI. Your Rights
- Under the conditions set out in the GDPR, you have:
- the right of access to your personal data pursuant to Article 15 GDPR,
- the right to rectification of personal data pursuant to Article 16 GDPR, or alternatively restriction of processing pursuant to Article 18 GDPR,
- the right to erasure of personal data pursuant to Article 17 GDPR,
- the right to object to processing pursuant to Article 21 GDPR,
- the right to data portability pursuant to Article 20 GDPR,
- he right to withdraw consent to processing in writing or electronically to the Controller's address or email as stated in Article I of these terms.
- You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection if you believe that your right to personal data protection has been violated.
VII. Conditions for the Security of Personal Data
- The Controller declares that it has taken all appropriate technical and organisational measures to secure personal data.
- The Controller has implemented technical measures to secure data storage facilities and personal data storage in paper form, in particular secure/encrypted access to the website, encryption of customer passwords in the database, regular system updates, and regular system backups.
- The Controller declares that personal data is accessible only to persons authorised by the Controller.
VIII. Final Provisions
- By submitting an order via the online order form, you confirm that you are familiar with and fully accept these personal data protection terms.
- By ticking the consent checkbox on the online form, you confirm that you are familiar with and fully accept these personal data protection terms.
- The Controller is entitled to amend these terms. The Controller will publish the new version of the personal data protection terms on its website and will simultaneously send you the new version of these terms to the email address you have provided to the Controller.
These terms take effect on 18 February 2025.
